Intellectual Property Policy

Last updated: 28 September 2026

IdealAssets respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy explains how to report a suspected infringement and how we handle those reports.

1. What This Policy Covers

This policy covers listings, photos, descriptions, or other content posted on IdealAssets that infringe someone else's copyright or trademark — for example, a listing using another business's product photos without permission, or selling counterfeit goods under a genuine brand name.

2. Filing a Copyright or Trademark Complaint

To report suspected infringement, contact us at support@idealassets.local with the following information: (a) identification of the copyrighted work or trademark you claim is infringed; (b) the specific listing URL or content you're reporting; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your complaint is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

3. Our Response

On receiving a complete complaint, we will review it and may remove or disable the reported listing or content, and notify the user who posted it. We aim to act on valid complaints promptly.

4. Counter-Notice

A user whose listing was removed may submit a counter-notice explaining why the content does not infringe, with their contact information and a statement of good faith. We may reinstate the content if the counter-notice appears valid and no further action is taken by the original complainant within a reasonable period.

5. Repeat Infringers

We may suspend or terminate the account of a user who is the subject of repeated, substantiated infringement complaints.

6. Contact / Designated Agent

Send intellectual property complaints and counter-notices to support@idealassets.local, marked “IP Complaint.”
